Expedition et retours

  • Products kept in inventory will be shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.
  • Products out of stock will be ordered from our supplier and will be shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after being received at our warehouse. Shipping to our warehouse usually varies from 7 to 21 business days.
  • For products we don't keep in stock or special orders, delays depend of the products availability from our supplier. Our sales team will contact you through email or phone to warn you if delays are longer than those explained previously.
  • The availability of the products can vary depending on the product or the manufacturer. We cannot ensure the availability of the products listed on our website because of the vast selection of products displayed there. For expedited requests, please contact us  through our website or email us. You can also contact us through phone to confirm the product availability before placing your order.
  • All delays for the product delivery to our warehouse are out of our control. Elegant Drift Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Shipping:


Expedition et retoursProducts in stock will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours following the order. Products not in stock will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours after products reception at our warehouse.

  • Canadian orders will be shipped using FeDex Ground or Purolator
  • Other international orders will be shipped using FeDex Ground

Delays caused by our suppliers are out of our control.
If you have not received an order status notification within 7 business days of your order, please contact us through our contact page or through email.



Warning for customers outside of Canada:

We ship worldwide! Additional fees may apply for packages shipped internationnally. If you're unsure and you would like to validate these fees, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs, duties or other fees. You need to take those charges and accept the delivery of your order, otherwise we will be forced to charge you the return fees when the package is sent back to us. No order cancellation will be made following a denial of paying these added fees.


Returns:

It is the buyer responsibility to ensure the parts ordered fits his vehicle. Elegant Drift Shop cannot be held responsible if you didn’t order the right parts for your vehicle. In doubt, please contact our sales representatives in order to help you select the part that fits your vehicle.

  • All sales are final;
  • No returns on special orders (Products not kept in stock).

Approved returns follows these modalities:

  • Original, unopened packaging is mandatory;
  • 25% restocking fees will be applied;
  • Shipping fees are the buyers' responsiblity.


Warranties:

No warranties are offered by Elegant Drift Shop. Manufacturer's warranties are applied. We can assist you in warranty claims to the manufacturer. Please keep your proof of purchase and receipt in order to have access to this service.
